Step 8: If it is an updateable website convert XHTML site into PHP. Step 9: Request 50% deposit for website, then register with a MySQL and PHP Server. Step 10: Test and debug website. Step 11: Make a secure back end for the website. Step 12: Finalize transaction with the client.   Updating or optimization: Sometimes a client may have a web site. In this situation Kap WebMaster can fix and update a web site even if they did not make it. Kap webmaster is also avalable to optimize current websites to allow easier updating and downloading.
